Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME: During a regular Monday through Friday business week, 1-2 business days are required to process and verify orders through our offices distribution center in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Please allow additional processing time if you place your order on a holiday or on the weekends. Barring complications, most orders are shipped within two business days. Complications may include but are not  limited to an unverified address, or an unauthorized credit card. If there are  any problems processing your order, you will be contacted  promptly.

EXPEDITED SERVICE: To expedite your package, please call 1-800-653- 8333 weekdays between 7:30 am-10:00 pm EST, or on Saturdays, 9:00 am-5:00 pm EST, and a representative will gladly help you expedite your order. Ground, two-day, or overnight delivery are available. Additional fees apply. If your order must arrive faster than the standard 1-2 day PROCESSING TIME noted above, please phone in your order, and we shall do all that we can to accommodate your needs.

STANDARD SHIPPING: To maximize your savings, orders are shipped using UPS Mail Innovations. Please allow 7-10 business days for your package to arrive in the Continental USA. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are gladly accepted.

Yes, we ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or any US territory. As standard shipping may take several weeks to reach those destinations, please call 1-800-653-8333 for assistance, and our representatives will help you chose an affordable and timely option. Additional fees may apply.

BACKORDERS: No one likes backorders, and we do not feel that you should have to pay additional shipping costs if we don’t have your item on the shelves. In the event that we are out of stock on a particular item or items, they will be shipped as soon as they become available with no any additional shipping costs.
